KITSUNE BURGERS COMMITS

We organize our cuisine around three axes: taste, homemade and plant-based. All this while committing to a complete sustainable approach:

All our recipes are exclusively prepared from plant products. We offer entirely vegan cuisine.

We make our own buns, sauces, falafels, mushroom noggets and even cheddar and vegan bacon. The magic takes place in our cooking workshop located in Forest.

We try to limit our waste and food waste as much as possible.

Don’t hesitate to ask for a doggy bag :)

Since we make a lot of homemade products and in order to limit losses, we work with limited stocks. We may therefore be out of stock of certain products.

We favor quality and local products for our homemade recipes.

We select our suppliers with the aim of creating lasting partnerships.

We favor committed Brussels suppliers or family businesses with whom we create real collaborations. For example, oyster mushrooms are raised in Brussels by Permafungi and most of our beers come from Co-hop, a cooperative of Brussels brewers.

Our sustainable approach also applies to interior design: we favor second hand. Our beautiful counter was custom-created from recycled materials by Woodstock Belgium and you can admire the work of artists from Belgium and elsewhere exhibited in the restaurant (the exhibitions change regularly).

The entire team warmly welcomes you to the establishment. We wanted to create a safe place where everyone feels welcome, especially our members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
